Position Title: Turquoise Place Service Dispatcher

Role Summary:
This position is integral to the operational efficiency of our service department. The individual will be tasked with various administrative responsibilities, including billing, managing incoming service requests from guests, owners, and team members, scheduling and reconciling work orders, dispatching service technicians, assisting with inventory procurement, and executing additional assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a courteous and prompt manner, addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Accurately input all service work orders into the property management system in a timely fashion.
  • Efficiently assign service work orders to the appropriate field personnel.
  • Track open work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Welcome and assist vendors and external suppliers, including key management as required.
  • Effectively address and resolve quality concerns raised by guests and owners.
  • Maintain timely follow-up with owners, guests, and internal departments.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage issues from guests, owners, or team members.
  • Ability to remain seated at a computer or phone for the duration of the shift.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit and operate a computer or phone for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 15 pounds as necessary.
