Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Participate in pre-bussing tables, delivering biscuits, salads, and beverages, and providing refills as needed.
  • Stock service stations and assist servers in exceeding guest needs.
  • Manage a floor chart and participate in guest service to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time and lift up to 30 pounds.
