About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of RBTs and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality services
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train RBTs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective services
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide parent coaching and support to help families navigate the treatment process
Qualifications
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
