Job Summary

BARTCA is seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on infrastructure design, construction, and operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management or a related field.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California.
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure design, construction, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
