About the Role

As a Senior Financial Administrator at Holiday by Atria, you will be responsible for managing the community's finances, including accounting and business office functions. You will also perform payroll administration, handle financial concerns from residents and their families, and recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including collections.
  • Perform budget analysis and variance reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in business office management
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and/or provincial employment standards and practices

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as paid holidays and PTO, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
