Position Summary: The Client Relations Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all visitors at Sparrow's Nest. This role is pivotal in ensuring that both external clients and internal team members experience seamless interactions and satisfaction throughout their engagement with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a welcoming and attentive host, prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and waitlists in accordance with company protocols.
- Provide detailed and knowledgeable insights into the services offered to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Deliver prompt and professional telephone assistance to clients.
- Coordinate client appointment logistics to facilitate an efficient workflow.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with care.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately, maintaining high standards of Point of Sale data management.
Additional Duties:
- Guide guests through the facility and assist them in selecting desired services.
- Engage in retail sales for walk-in clients.
- Promote gift card sales and provide recommendations for gift selections.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting environment in public areas.
- Offer facility tours to potential clients and visitors.
- Support internal team members by facilitating effective workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative efforts.
- Uphold a professional appearance in line with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or retail, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling availability.
- Energetic and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Involves standing (20%), sitting (30%), walking (10%), lifting (20%), computer use (25%), bending (5%), and stooping (5%), with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
