Job Title: Senior Education Data Analyst

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions implementation and operations improvement firm that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Education Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Education team, you will work closely with clients and PCG teams to help better understand client challenges and key questions, prescribe solutions to address those needs, and capture requirements as they relate to education reporting, visualizations, and resultant data structures and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meaningfully engage with clients and PCG teams to understand client challenges and key questions.
  • Prescribe solutions to address client needs and capture requirements for education reporting, visualizations, and data structures.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in business intelligence and data management.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to satisfy client requirements.
  • Develop, streamline, and participate in requirements gathering and testing of data deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of white papers and conference presentations focused on leveraging data to drive student outcomes and improve business processes in education.
  • Lead special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years' experience in data analysis
  • Certification - N/A
Working Conditions:

Mostly remote, with occasional travel to client sites, PCG offices, conferences, and team celebrations.

Compensation:

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $76,000-$110,000.

In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
