The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level information security consulting services to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our customers' sensitive data and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver secure solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential security threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible protection.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate our customers on security best practices and procedures.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to our customers on security-related matters, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Proven experience in information security consulting, with a strong background in security compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISO 27001.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as CISSP or CISM.
  • Experience working in a Tier 1 consulting firm.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role is $107,340 in certain states, with the potential for short-term incentives and long-term incentives for Director and VP positions.
