Position Summary:
The Senior Epic Analyst II plays a crucial role in the configuration, management, and support of clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for healthcare clients. This position involves handling support and maintenance requests, executing routine builds, participating in on-call rotations, and contributing to special projects, including Epic upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration.
2. Manage client support tickets and requests, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
3. Lead application builds for Epic upgrades and oversee Nova Note Review and Build.
4. Implement testing protocols and support go-live activities in a command center environment.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively, mentor junior analysts, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers.

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
This position is primarily in-office, with potential for hybrid or remote options subject to management approval.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel expected, less than 5%.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination, and repetitive motion.
- Occasional: Standing and bending.
- Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
