Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Order Management: Oversee the flow of service orders and ensure that customers receive timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Concierge Support: Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Success: Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims and train and supervise the service department.
  • Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Factory Relations: Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Lane Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Consistent record of service and sales success.
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Able to work with little supervision.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
