Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at a 554-unit community in the Santa Ana, CA area. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing common areas and resident apartments
  • Use simple tools and power tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements

  • Experience in general housekeeping
  • Ability to use simple tools and power tools
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
