Ability to read and understand employee handbooks, warranty processes, and other automotive documentation is essential. Quick learning and the ability to follow directions from dealership leadership are critical.

Experience in customer service is preferred, along with prior experience in managing personnel in an office environment.

Office experience or relevant education is also preferred.
