Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to support our client's transition to provider-based billing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating workflows and policy compliance in in-scope clinics, training staff on medication compounding, and developing or refining medication management policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the hospital pharmacy department to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Evaluate and optimize medication compounding processes to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Develop and implement medication management policies to support the client's PBB conversion.
  • Conduct formulary reviews and ordering process evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Pharmacist with experience in clinic or hospital formulary management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively train and educate staff.
