Description:
In support of our client's planned conversion to provider-based billing, we need a Clinical Pharmacist who will be responsible for:
- Serve as an extension of existing hospital pharmacy department;
- Round on in-scope clinics to evaluate workflows and policy compliance and train as necessary;
- Oversee/train staff on medication compounding;
- Develop or refine medication management policies in support of PBB conversion;
- Evaluate formulary needs and ordering process for in-scope clinics.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
- Clinic or hospital formulary management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
