Genesis10 is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a contract with our client in Sayre, PA.

Travel Requirement: Travel to Sayre, PA 3-4 days per week.

Job Description:
In support of our client's planned conversion to provider-based billing, we need a Clinical Pharmacist who will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an extension of existing hospital pharmacy department;
  • Round on in-scope clinics to evaluate workflows and policy compliance and train as necessary;
  • Oversee/train staff on medication compounding;
  • Develop or refine medication management policies in support of PBB conversion;
  • Evaluate formulary needs and ordering process for in-scope clinics.

Required Basic Qualifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
  • Clinic or hospital formulary management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $100-120.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
