Job Description:

Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team for a contract position. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical services to our client in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extension of Hospital Pharmacy Department: Serve as an extension of the existing hospital pharmacy department, providing pharmaceutical services and support to in-scope clinics.
  • Workflow Evaluation and Training: Round on in-scope clinics to evaluate workflows and policy compliance, and train staff as necessary.
  • Medication Compounding Oversight: Oversee and train staff on medication compounding procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Policy Development: Develop or refine medication management policies in support of provider-based billing conversion.
  • Formulary Evaluation: Evaluate formulary needs and ordering processes for in-scope clinics.
Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Pharmacist: Must be a licensed Clinical Pharmacist with experience in clinic or hospital formulary management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.
