Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Quality Assurance Development:**
- Design, implement, and evaluate quality assurance and improvement protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

2. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Uphold adherence to Federal and State regulations, as well as accreditation standards, in all quality assurance activities.

- Develop and maintain individualized care plans that prioritize patient needs from admission through discharge.

4. **Data Analysis:**
- Assess nursing practices and services, utilizing data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

5. **Staff Training and Support:**
- Facilitate the orientation and ongoing education of clinical staff to promote best practices in patient care.

6. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Oversee electronic medical record (EMR) reports to ensure timely and accurate documentation, providing guidance to management on meeting compliance deadlines.

7. **Error Identification and Resolution:**
- Analyze patterns of errors in documentation and performance, recommending educational interventions as necessary.

8. **Ethical Decision-Making:**

Qualifications:

- Active RN license.
- Minimum of five years of experience in home health care.
- Comprehensive understanding of Federal and State healthcare regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with OASIS and home health documentation review is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
