We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team As a People Business Partner, you will assist with the roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures within our organization.

This role is part of the People Strategy and Operations function, responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring human resource programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing onboarding processes, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
  • Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution support.
  • Work with managers to identify employment-related risks and begin investigations and grievances.
  • Manage several HR functions, including employment, labor relations, compensation, and training.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sophisticated math skills and ability to calculate complex figures.

As a People Business Partner, you will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on our applicable benefit program.

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000-$100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
