Business Development Partner

We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Credentialing: Verify the credentials of all caregivers and track renewal dates.
- Training: Deliver training programs to equip caregivers with the necessary skills to provide exceptional care.
- Audits: Conduct regular audits of caregiver personnel files to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process, including background checks, candidate screening, and adherence to internal and external policies.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven sales experience and a track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Customer-focused approach and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
$70,000 per year.
