Job Summary

Medasource is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating the implementation and maintenance of Epic systems across various healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Epic system deployments in hospitals and clinics, working closely with project management teams.
  • Ensure proper installation and configuration of Epic systems, verifying correct application installation.
  • Test Workstations, Peripherals, and Epic test cases applicable to the device per the Test Script.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Travel to site-specific locations to support device mapping, hardware refresh, and Epic script testing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Epic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and infrastructure.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
