About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic System Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Epic system across various healthcare facilities.

Job Description

  • Implement and maintain Epic systems in hospitals and clinics, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to understand field service support needs and provide expert advice on Epic system deployment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their technical queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Travel to site-specific locations to support device mapping, hardware refresh, and Epic script testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epic system functionality and hardware performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Epic systems in healthcare environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and infrastructure.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
