About the Role

The Branch Manager position at Badger Daylighting Corp is a key leadership role that requires exceptional management skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach. This position is accountable for ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and efficient day-to-day management of the assigned area and for the financial results of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a one-year business plan that aligns with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager's business plan.
  • Enhance area strategic positioning through market analysis and customer engagement.
  • Grow and establish Badger's business through a strong operational base, market brand, and customer service, ensuring a foundation for long-term profitability and success.
  • Enhance area health and safety by making it a top priority and holding direct reports accountable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of management experience in industries such as vacuum, pump trucks, commercial underground construction, trucking/fleet management, sewer/water line, or underground utilities.
  • 3+ years of full Profit & Loss management experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver a 1-year business plan.
  • Demonstrated managerial authority capability with the ability to deliver organizational value.
