Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

At Hire Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a Co-Response Clinician. This role requires a strong background in crisis intervention and stabilization, with the ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.

Job Summary:

The Co-Response Clinician will provide crisis intervention and stabilization services in various settings, including communities of Monroe and Sultan. This role involves working closely with emergency personnel to reduce high utilization of emergency response and improve access to long-term community-based systems of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform crisis intervention to reduce hospitalizations and effectively link consumers with ongoing mental support services.
  • Contact Care Crisis Response Services to initiate designated crisis response when appropriate.
  • Provide a lens to view behavioral health challenges as manageable episodes.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid license issued by the State of Washington (LICSW, LASW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.).
  • Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional.
  • Master's Degree required.
  • Experience working within first responder agencies, psychiatric units, or hospital systems, and multilingual abilities are highly preferred.
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License required.
  • Ability to work the required schedule.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of symptoms, common behavioral and social characteristics, and other manifestations of the disabilities affecting the population served.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution principles, de-escalation, crisis intervention and planning, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to work in high-stress, high-demand environments while communicating clearly and effectively.
