Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Homecare Float team. As a Homecare Float Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing assessments, complex nursing treatments, and education to help avoid readmissions to the acute care setting
  • Working remotely to complete documentation, make calls, attend meetings, coordinate patient care, and arrange visit schedules
  • Monitoring quality through chart audits and supervisory visits

Requirements include:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • One year of current clinical experience as an RN
  • One year of experience in an acute medical/surgical or homecare setting
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage with $100,000/$300,000 coverage

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and experience in homecare or acute medical/surgical settings.
