This position includes inpatient responsibilities and offers a competitive salary range based on experience and training. Additionally, we provide a two-year income guarantee, sign-on bonus of $BR,000, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be high energy, have strong clinical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
- The ENT candidate will need to be able and willing to do surgeries.
- Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
- Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
- No. of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
- Lab: Yes
- Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more Patients
- Electronic Medical Record: Allscripts and Cerner
- 5 Physician Practice
- Community-wide call schedule for weekend coverage and call for the practice one night per week
Requirements:
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to do surgeries
