Temporary Leasing Consultant

Hilltop Residential is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Temporary Leasing Consultant. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wish to gain insights into the Property Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to residents, aiming to surpass their expectations and enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Process lease applications, assist in verifying application details, and communicate outcomes to prospective residents.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office by demonstrating superior customer service in all interactions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the tour path, amenities, model units, and community areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to tackle challenges and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and sociable personality with a keen interest in marketing, leasing, and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to assist residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
