About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect products for themselves and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers, answering questions and making product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Build a loyal customer base by engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and making product recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with product replenishment, floorset execution, and visual presentation to maintain a high-energy and visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain Store Standards: Ensure that store standards are met, including maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Availability: Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak periods.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and respond to customer inquiries.
