About the RoleAs a Property Management Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting residents with their community and ensuring a positive living environment.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage in marketing efforts to meet occupancy and rental objectives.
- Respond to inquiries and conduct property tours, highlighting the features and amenities available.
- Assist in training staff to ensure exceptional service to prospective and current residents.
- Oversee rent collection processes, addressing any issues with delinquent accounts.
- Support budget management by making informed financial decisions to enhance community profitability.
- Maintain accurate resident records and files.
- Conduct inspections of units during move-in and move-out processes.
- Act in the capacity of Property Manager when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
