About the Role

As a Property Management Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting residents with their community and ensuring a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage in marketing efforts to meet occupancy and rental objectives.
  • Respond to inquiries and conduct property tours, highlighting the features and amenities available.
  • Assist in training staff to ensure exceptional service to prospective and current residents.
  • Oversee rent collection processes, addressing any issues with delinquent accounts.
  • Support budget management by making informed financial decisions to enhance community profitability.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and files.
  • Conduct inspections of units during move-in and move-out processes.
  • Act in the capacity of Property Manager when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
  • Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
