Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to provide exceptional patient service, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Patient Registration: Confirm patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility in real-time.
  • Scheduling: Schedule patients for follow-up appointments, testing, and consults with the correct date, location, and provider.
  • Cash Handling: Collect copayments, past due balances, and payments on account while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
