Electrical Engineer - Senior Role

At Olsson, we're dedicated to improving communities through sustainable, connected, and efficient solutions. As a Senior Electrical Engineer on our Industrial Facilities Engineering and Design Team, you'll play a key role in leading electrical design and coordinating electrical systems for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design and coordinate electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Create construction documents and specifications
  • Execute quality assurance/quality control plans
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Coordinate with other disciplines
  • Perform supporting calculations
  • Meet with clients to discuss conceptual and final designs
  • Travel to job sites for observation
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 12-20+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Must be a registered professional engineer (PE)
  • Experienced in AutoCAD and Revit
