Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Power Delivery team in Plano or Fort Worth. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the design and development of electrical systems, working closely with senior staff to ensure project schedules and technical calculations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project design elements using standard techniques and established methods.
  • Perform entry-level plan production with clear instructions.
  • Gain experience with design and modeling software.
  • Contribute to portions of broader projects under supervision.
  • Gather and prepare research for technical reports.
  • Mentor student interns by answering questions and offering guidance on routine assignments.
  • Travel and work in various terrains and weather conditions at project sites in different stages of construction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Engineering Intern certificate (EI) a plus.
