About the Role

This full-time position involves delivering outstanding service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fundamental customer interactions, including member services and product sales, while adhering to branch operations and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
    • Build strong relationships with members and understand their needs
    • Recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Promote AAA products and services to achieve individual and branch goals
    • Understand and anticipate member needs, identify opportunities, and provide personalized solutions
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure process implementation and standard operating procedures are followed
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiencies to meet objectives

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1-3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred

    • The estimated salary range for this role is $23.00 - $26.95 per hour, based on location and experience

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

This is primarily an office job, requiring standing, sitting, bending, and lifting (up to 15 pounds). Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal. Works in a variety of office environments where standing, walking, or sitting at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods may be required.
