The Quality Improvement and Performance Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing clinical and quality initiatives within the Albright LIFE PACE Program. This position is responsible for ensuring ongoing quality enhancement and that team members possess the essential knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care and support to participants, while also adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred). Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical coordination, quality enhancement, or a related area, ideally within a healthcare or PACE setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to PACE programs.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
