Position Details:
Location: Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Night shifts
Compensation:
MLT Hourly Rate: $24.94 – 27.43, eligible for shift differential
MT Hourly Rate: $33.82 to $37.20, eligible for shift differential
Incentives: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct essential patient care activities through moderate to high-complexity testing
- Evaluate, interpret, and document test results
- Identify the need for corrective measures and implement effective solutions
- Operate in a dynamic laboratory setting with biological and chemical risks
- Promote safety, compliance, and quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field with one year of Medical Technology training
- Minimum of one year of laboratory experience in high-complexity testing
- Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or an equivalent body
- Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to utilize standard laboratory equipment, including computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, and pipettes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of laboratory experience in high-complexity testing within a specialized area

This position involves regular access to protected health information (PHI). Employees will receive training on privacy safeguards and are expected to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations. Access to PHI is permitted only as necessary to perform job responsibilities.
