Position Overview

SoulCycle is in search of an Assistant Studio Manager who will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company by skillfully managing studio operations and leading the studio team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for the SoulCycle culture and brand. This individual will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational prowess, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to creatively resolve challenges while adapting swiftly. Integrity, confidence, and a commitment to the success and well-being of the studio's daily functions are essential traits.

The responsibilities outlined below are representative of the tasks an employee may be expected to perform. This is not an exhaustive list, and additional duties may be assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Nurture the SoulCycle Community and Culture within your studio Create an inviting atmosphere that motivates your studio team Build and maintain relationships within your studio, with instructors, and the local community Proactively identify and resolve conflicts within your studio Recognize and celebrate your studio team's achievements and express gratitude Embrace and manage change within your studio and among your team

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provide immediate support to your team to ensure all rider requests are fulfilled Champion exceptional hospitality, inspiring your team to uphold high standards and core values Manage conflicts effectively in high-pressure situations Cultivate meaningful relationships with your studio's riders

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Be well-versed in studio-specific and company-wide operational procedures and policies Facilitate smooth transitions for your team and studio to new operational processes Develop and oversee schedules to ensure all operational tasks are completed Exhibit a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adhere to company standards in any situation

PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION

Prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met Create checklists and operational schedules to maintain facility standards Maintain a forward-thinking approach with strong project planning capabilities Demonstrate the ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize effectively, and meet critical deadlines Assist your Studio Manager in formulating business strategies to achieve and surpass ridership and retail objectives Support your Studio Manager in executing company-wide initiatives within your studio Develop a comprehensive retail sales strategy that aligns with your studio's goals Collaborate with the retail team to identify growth opportunities for your studio's retail business

Qualifications

- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills are essential
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and management
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends
- A personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand is required
