  • Develops and implements effective business processes and improvement initiatives by staying informed on supply chain and replenishment methodologies; collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish sustainable solutions; ensures timely execution of solutions by all stakeholders.
  • Facilitates the supply chain process across distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving daily issues and responding to escalations; analyzes data from multiple sources to enhance network efficiencies; provides insights for supplier compliance; investigates root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues; conducts performance evaluations of merchandising departments, distribution centers, and suppliers.
  • Offers field-level support and guidance for operational execution by acting as a liaison; communicates operational expectations to suppliers and transporters.
  • Drives supply chain flow process enhancements by contributing to the design and delivery of innovative working methods among supply chain stakeholders; prioritizes product flow objectives; manages error correction processes and feedback mechanisms; identifies opportunities to elevate service levels; promotes the use of end-to-end costing methodologies and lean principles; provides cost-saving recommendations to minimize waste and enhance process efficiencies; evaluates the impact of changes on internal processes.
