Are you a strategic operations leader with a passion for financial excellence? We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Randstad USA. In this role, you will oversee billing adjustments and manage teams to enhance accuracy in financial operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence through strategic decision-making and effective cross-department collaboration. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and billing adjustments.

  • You will have a strong understanding of financial operations principles, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and auditing practices.
  • With 3-5 years of related people management experience, you will lead and mentor a team of non-exempt AR/Billing Adjustment Specialists.
  • You will monitor KPIs and billing adjustment data to draw insights, anticipate staffing needs, and provide strategic recommendations that support operational excellence and service delivery standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, who can collaborate closely with internal teams to support seamless billing adjustments.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and billing adjustments
  • Strong understanding of financial operations principles, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and auditing practices
  • 3-5 years of related people management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
