Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in sterile techniques, instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field setup, including sterilization methods.
  • Support physicians' surgical practices in various procedures, specializing in the operating room.
  • Function as a team member to plan for special patient needs.
  • Consistently demonstrate performance conducive to safe, efficient, and swift completion and turnover of surgical procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or clinical-based program.
  • Six months of experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery unit.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred qualifications include certified OR Tech, one year of OR experience, CORT or CST.
