About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to our Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain functions to analyze manufacturing variances and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design and implement a standard cost system within our ERP environment to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform reconciliations of key cost and variance accounts, and validate and analyze standard costs to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in progressive finance roles, with a strong background in product manufacturing and project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong SAP implementation and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
