Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Reporting Analyst to join our team in Lake Forest, IL. As a key member of our Diagnostics Division, you will play a critical role in administering incentives, awards, and President's Club rankings for our CRDx USO organization. Your responsibilities will include managing incentive policy and exceptions, budgeting, and financial projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of our quality system
  • Calculate bonus and SPIFFS, QC, auditing, and reporting
  • Publish PClub Reports monthly and awards
  • Work with contract resources to ensure proper development of annual plans
  • Support incentive financial modeling
  • Manage incentives policy and exception process
  • Manage large alignment data files using custom applications
Requirements
  • B.A./B.S./Business Degree or equivalent business experience within Abbott or related industry required
  • 4 years of experience working with Field Sales, Marketing, or Finance Area is required, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of major Microsoft Suite programs is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, including experience in communicating analytical information to a non-analytical audience
  • Initiative, innovation, teamwork, organization, action orientation, attention to detail, and data processing skills are required to succeed in this position
  • Baseline knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry regulatory rules/regulations is preferred
  • MBA desirable; not required

What You'll Work On

You will serve as a Data Steward, applying division strategy and standards to align Customer Master Data for customer and territory alignment. You will work extensively with Commercial field personnel to apply daily changes to customer data and model alignment options for sales force territory design.

Location

This position is located in Lake Forest, IL, and may require occasional travel. We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000.00 - $166,000.00, depending on location.
