Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Apex Recruiting Professionals. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, building comprehensive reports, and collaborating with our management team to align data reporting with our mission and fiscal goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, projections, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and manage grant funding, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and financial strategies.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Healthcare background preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2 years plus, in financial analysis, budgeting, modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite or SQL.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of FQHC healthcare finance is a plus.
  • CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
  • Non-Profit or Healthcare background preferred.
