ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

This customer service position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime opportunities are available during peak periods.

Your day as a Customer Service Representative begins with enthusiasm and readiness. You will handle incoming customer calls, converting inquiries into scheduled service appointments. You will deliver call scripts with a natural tone, ensuring clarity and approachability. Each interaction will feel genuine as you engage with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues. Your goal is to embody the brand, leaving a lasting positive impression with every conversation. By the end of your shift, you will have assisted numerous clients and scheduled multiple appointments, experiencing the fulfillment of delivering excellent service.
