About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Termite Control Specialist to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a Termite Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and protecting their homes from termite damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Present a professional appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
  • Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
  • Obtain pest control Registered Technician credentials.
  • Keep knowledge sharp by attending company-provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
  • Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
  • Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff.
  • Keep customers informed about the service.
  • Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
  • Perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied.
