About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Termite Technician to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, presenting a professional appearance, and discussing and diagnosing pest issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day
- Present a professional, tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform
- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
- Obtain pest control Registered Technician credentials
- Keep knowledge sharp by attending company-provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
- Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
- Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff
- Keep customers informed about the service
- Stay motivated and focused while working independently

Qualifications:
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company-paid)
