Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional results by meeting individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle
  • Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals
  • Offer optional insurance products to customers
  • Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
  • Learn and utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a standard business hours schedule, with some extended hours during the week as needed.
