Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at Pfeiffer Vacuum Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering supplier payments and controlling expenses by receiving, verifying, processing and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Process payments to suppliers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other accounting software
Working Environment

This position will work in an office environment and requires a valid driver's license.
