Job Title: Principal Engineer - Network Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer - Network Operations to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC. As a key member of our Network Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Network Operations team in managing and maintaining the network infrastructure.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of LAN/WAN environments.
  • Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects.
  • Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • High level understanding or subject matter expert in SDWAN and routing.
  • Experience in network operations, with a strong understanding of LAN/WAN environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
