Compensation:$60,000 at plan commission
Key Responsibilities:- Develop customized risk management solutions in collaboration with clients that align with their specific risk profiles.
- Stay informed on the latest insurance industry standards to ensure compliance with all policy requirements and to effectively manage customer claims.
- Maintain accurate records in bookkeeping systems, customer databases, and sales tracking tools to report progress toward monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Enhance and expand existing client portfolios by implementing effective sales strategies that foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Engage attentively with new and prospective clients, assess their needs and financial situations, and recommend optimal insurance solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Candidates must possess a valid insurance license.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma is mandatory.
- Experience with accounting or sales lead management software is advantageous.
