Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Event Audio Visual Specialist to join our team at AEG. This is a part-time position that will have an irregular schedule based around our event schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio visual aspects of events.
  • Work closely with the Production Department, Venue Technology, and Special Events teams to provide AV support at events.
  • Communicate and assist clients to accomplish their audio visual needs.
  • Support audio/video in hospitality areas, including the Fan Zone, D500 Club, Garage areas, Rolex Lounge, and Harley J's, as well as with special events held in the venue and Hall of Fame.
  • Assist the Event Operations team as needed to support events.
  • Track and assess assigned AV equipment and report any issues to the Production and Venue Technology Departments.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Operate custom interfaces and touch panels to successfully control networked AV in the venue.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years related experience.
  • Professional image through verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of organization, internal and external.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working fan-based events.
  • Experience working with and near celebrities.
  • Available to work extended hours at consecutive days.
  • Experience with MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe.
  • Capable of lifting pounds.
  • Comfortable working on a ladder.
  • Currently certified or have operated a forklift or scissor lift.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with an irregular schedule. Hours will vary but will include all hours the office is open, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to attend events and to fulfill job responsibilities.
