Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations Analysts to guarantee adherence to project schedules and planning timelines.
  • Oversee project activities to ensure compliance with construction schedules.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet established goals and objectives within the specified time frame and budget.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures across all PosiGen markets.
  • Manage multiple sites, employees, and contractors; oversee field technician activities and training.
  • Assist in managing fleet and maintenance accounts.
  • Conduct complex electrical installations and repairs.
  • Supervise and inspire a diverse team of field personnel involved in solar project installations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, customer service, and production through field operations.
  • Manage internal and external priorities; monitor daily metrics and oversee special projects as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the solar industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects is essential.
  • Experience in implementing quality control and assurance processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA safety standards; OSHA 30 training is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget, with a solid understanding of construction mathematics.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of employees.
  • Experience supervising and managing subcontractors in various trades.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record.
